WHERE WE SHIP
We currently only offer shipping to the contiguous 48 states. We may restrict shipping to certain addresses such as warehouses, freight forwarding/redirecting services, and hotels. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO and PO Box addresses. International shipping is currently not available.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?
After your order has been placed, you will be notified with an order confirmation email. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours during normal business hours Monday-Friday, subject to peak holiday periods. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a shipment tracking number.
WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
Shipments may be delivered by various carriers. Once your order has shipped, you can track your shipment online through the email confirmation received or with the carrier directly. Delivery standard time frames start once the carrier has processed the parcel at their facility. Please ensure to provide a street address during checkout.
Delivery cost and times are calculated at checkout and are subject to parcel destination. We are not responsible for delays due to severe weather.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING TIMES:
During the holiday season, shipping times from our carrier may be extended due to an increased package volume. In addition to the holiday shopping season, COVID has increased the overall amount of packages being sent.
We primarily ship through FedEx and provide estimated shipping times during checkout directly from them. These are estimates only and not a guarantee of package delivery timing.
